FAQs

  • Can I commission a painting?

At this time I am not taking private commissions. However, I do announce when I open up for commissions via instagram announcement and subscription emails.

  • Where can I purchase an original painting & prints?

My original paintings and prints at my Etsy Shop. Availability of new originals and art prints will be announced via my website newsletter and in my instagram.

Should I decide to sell on other platforms, I will be sure to announce it via email and social media.

  • Do you accept returns/exchanges?

I do not accept returns or exchanges, however in the world of logistics, I understand things can happen during transit that are not in our control. So if there is an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me on my Etsy Shop. I will do my best to assist you.

  • Why are some prints similar in size but priced differently?

I do not charge by the square inch of my artwork but on the style, technicality, media, and mediums it took to make the original piece. Also, I choose the type of print paper very carefully because not all are created equal, and some require different textures, brightness, etc, to achieve the look I need. Additionally, some prints require more editing than others. It is a labor of love and I want to be able to share the best version of my work with you.

  • What are limited edition prints?

Limited edition prints are a set number of prints available for purchase. Accordingly, each print will have a print number and the total amount of prints made for the original painting. It can appear as for example, β€œ1/50” or β€œ1 of 50.”

  • How long will it take for me to receive my item?

I currently fulfill orders myself and I will typically print on demand. My goal is to get your purchase to you as soon as possible in the best condition possible.

I take pride in the quality of my originals and their printed editions. There is a process involved in making sure they are archival, for example letting the ink properly dry post print and then adding an archival spray. This process can take about 3-4 days before it is packaged and shipped.

The estimated delivery date is based on your purchase date, the recipient's location, the seller’s processing time and location, and the shipping carrier. Other factors β€” like placing an order on a weekend or a holiday β€” may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. It's my hope that your item gets where it's going as soon as possible, but given the factors involved, this is only an estimate.
